I stay loose. Whenever I have art block or I feel the need to stay fresh, I'll put on a documentary and sketch what I see--at a breakneck pace. I love that restriction. Likenesses are a hard thing to capture, so I draw what I remember and move on. Also included are more detailed caricatures and little silly comics.
